The Independent’s Single Adult Class –
Many members of the group worship together at the 9:15 worship service
of First United Methodist Church-Blue Springs, (301 SW Woods Chapel
Road, Blue Springs, MO) and then meet at 10:30 in Room 112 to share
joys, announcements and prayer. The group divides into two study
groups. Independents One is viewing and discussing the video
presentation by Terry Hershey, Real People On The Journey to Healthy
Communication; Independents Two is viewing and discussing Boundaries in
Dating. Both groups are open and you are welcome to join at any time.
Group members often go out to lunch after class.

Ministries. A group for parents who are single and provide
primary or sole care for their children meets every other Wednesday at
6:30 p.m. (the second and fourth Wednesday of every month.) The
group will explore issues, share insights, and commiserate about their

Thursday Evenings - GriefShare is offered each Thursday evening from 6:30-8:30 at Nall Avenue Baptist Church. Participants may enter the group at any time. The cost of the textbook is $15.
