     C. Individuals with full-time businesses (no employees)..........$75

     G. Mingle booth (6' table in hall during mingle time.).Sponsors only
     (Mingle time is from 6:00 to 7:00 in the wide hallway prior to the
     opening of ballroom doors. The Mingle booth is only available for
     Sponsors*.)
Booth details
  * All booths are inside ballroom except G is in hallway.
  * All booths are 30" wide and covered/skirted in black.

  * A "booth" is 3' of table space on a 6' table and includes
     2 chairs and 2 admissions to work the booth.
  * Double booth space (full 6' table) is double the rates
     and comes with 4 chairs and 4 admissions to work booth.
  * Fee for free-standing booth (no table) follow the pricing 
     for a booth of equal size & must not exceed size stipulated.
  * Add $10 for use of electrical outlets (provided free in
     E & F). Hotel furnishes cords upon request.
   
Terms and Policies
              

                ** All rates increase 20% if payment not postmarked by March 20. No refunds after this date.
                1. Booth space and choice of location is offered on a first come basis.

                2. Definition of booth: a single booth is a 3' space on a 6' table; a double booth is the full 6' table.
                3. Exhibitors with single booths will share the table with another single booth of the organizers selection.
                4. Exhibitors must not use the aisles as an extension of booth. Otherwise, you may need to buy more space.
                5. Set up time is between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm on day of event. Take down time is between 9 and 10 pm.
                6. The event organizers have a right to refuse any exhibitor from displaying deceptive literature.
                7. Exhibitors may have fishbowls for collecting business cards and/or for giving away advertising premiums.
                8. Signs with your company name will be furnished and posted above your booth.
                9. No food products allowed (except for wrapped candies, gum, etc.).

                                                  *Sponsor Benefits (categories E & F)
                 We will have up to four sponsors and one Major Sponsor for this event. Sponsorship benefits include:
                 * Name included on our web site as a sponsor.
                 * Full 6' table (or equivalent booth space for your own free standing booth).
                 * Prime booth location in high traffic area inside the ballroom for constant visibility and accessibility.
                 * Admission for 4 people to work booth plus ten more free passes to event with reserved table.

Booth may stay open until midnight (non-sponsor exhibitors need to pack up by 10:00)
                 * An additional FREE table in Mingle area (hallway) before ballroom doors open.
                 *
FREE electrical outlet (bring own cord)
                 * MAJOR SPONSOR: all above benefits plus product exclusivity (no other vendors in direct competition
                    unless they have already registered)
